Common questions

After you register and create your profile, you can browse career opportunities, put them in the job basket and apply.  Once you click apply, you fill out the form that pops up with your information, upload cover letter or resume– then click “apply”.

No, you need to create a profile to apply for positions.

Yes, you do need to create a profile to post career opportunities.

General

Simply hover over the job basket till you see the drop down list, and click “register”.  After you click register, you will have the opportunity to enter the required details to register successfully.

You can either click the “forgot password” link, or go into your profile settings to change your information.

This usually occurs because not all the required fields were filled out.  Make sure all fields are completed.

Billing

All personal and private details can be changed in profile settings after logged in.

Currently Paypal and Bank Transfers are accepted.  Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card and American Express are coming soon.

Go to your profile page to update anything pertaining to your account.

Candidates

Login to your settings and choose “update profile”.  All personal settings can be updated there.

Try to delete the application if possible and re-upload resume.

After your application is successfully received, it is available for employers on this website to view; you don’t need to do anything more.  make sure your contact information is listed on you cover letter or resume.

Account

Try to remove position from your job basket, and re-apply.
